6 weeks to confident, competent pediatric prescribing.

Live training. Real cases. A community that gets it.

LET’S BE HONEST FOR A SEC.

You got into psych because you genuinely care about people.

But somewhere between your NP program and real life, you realized…

Nobody actually taught you how to confidently manage pediatric patients.

You're sitting across from a 7-year-old with ADHD, their exhausted parents looking at you like you have all the answers, and you're silently thinking:

Do I start with Adderall or Ritalin? and at what dose??
Ok but, what if they can't swallow pills?
What do I do when the parents disagree with each other about medication?
Am I even qualified for this? spoiler: yes, you just need the training

SOUND FAMILIAR? YOU’RE NOT ALONE; AND YOU’RE DEFINITELY NOT A BAD PROVIDER.
YOU JUST NEVER GOT THE TRAINING.

This intensive is absolutely for you, if:

HERE’S WHAT YOU GET

Everything you need to show up for kids & their families; with confidence.

6 LIVE 90-MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS (RECORDED FOR REPLAY)

Every Friday, we’ll meet live on Zoom to dig into the clinical topics that matter most. These aren’t passive lectures; expect case-based discussion, Q&A, and the kind of collaborative learning that actually sticks. Can’t make a session? No worries, every call is recorded and uploaded to your Coaching Hub.

QUICK-REFERENCE GUIDES & CLINICAL SCRIPTS

Walk away with printable, ready-to-use tools: med comparison charts, parent conversation scripts, assessment checklists, and titration guides. These are the cheat sheets I wish I’d had when I started seeing kids.

WHATSAPP GROUP ACCESS (FOR THE ENTIRE 6 WEEKS)

Got a question between sessions? Pop it in the group chat. This is your direct line to me and your cohort; because clinical confidence doesn’t just come from a Friday call, it comes from knowing you have backup in real time.

YOUR PERSONAL COACHING HUB

Instant access to session replays, downloadable resources, Zoom links, and everything you need; all in one place. No digging through emails.

What we’ll cover (week by week)

  • Week 1: Fundamentals of Pediatric Psych

Lay the groundwork for confident, rapport-driven care. Learn how to structure evaluations, gather history in the right order, and spot the key patterns that guide your treatment plan from day one.

  • Week 2: ADHD Mastery

Master stimulant & non-stimulant prescribing, match meds to real-life routines, and troubleshoot emotional dysregulation. Includes pill-swallowing tips, med comparison charts, and scripts for talking to both kids and parents.

  • Week 3: Anxiety Unpacked

Differentiate GAD, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, panic, and OCD. Get targeted assessment questions, red flags to watch for, CBT-informed strategies you can share with families, and SSRI titration tips for kids & teens.

  • Week 4: Impairing Emotional Outbursts

These are the visits that make your stomach drop; the explosive meltdowns, the parents at their wit’s end. Learn a practical framework for assessing and managing severe emotional dysregulation in kids, including when to consider medication and when to hold off.

  • Week 5: Parent Coaching 101

Half of pediatric psych is working with the adults in the room. Learn how to equip parents with scripts, reframes, and practical strategies that build confidence, reduce conflict, and support their child’s progress; even when caregivers don’t see eye to eye.

  • Week 6: Integration & Clinical Application

Bring it all together. We’ll work through guided case reviews, collaborative problem-solving, and you’ll walk away with a personalized action plan to confidently apply these tools in your own practice. This is where it all clicks.

YOUR GUIDE

I’m an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in psychiatric care, and pediatric psych is where my heart lives.

I’ve been the NP sitting in that chair, Googling frantically before a med check. I’ve fumbled through parent conversations. I’ve felt the weight of knowing a kid’s trajectory might shift based on what I do next.

And I built this intensive because I don’t want you to have to figure it out alone the way I did.

Through Cup of Tea Psychiatry, I run a boutique practice specializing in kids, young adults, ADHD, anxiety, and complex presentations. Through The Psych NP Network, I’ve built a community where psych NPs actually support each other; not compete.

This intensive is the thing I wish had existed when I was starting out. Now it does, and I’d love for you to be in the room.

Hey, I’m Rachel Jones, PMHNP.

EARLY BIRD OFFER, LIMITED TO 10 SPOTS

EARLY BIRD PRICE: $1,997

+ 1 FULL YEAR OF FREE ACCESS TO THE PSYCH NP NETWORK

Here's how it works: when enrollment opens, everyone on the waitlist gets first dibs. The 10 Early Bird spots are first come, first served, and they're only available to the waitlist. If you're not on it, you won't even see the Early Bird price.

Once those 10 spots are gone, they’re gone.

I'm keeping this cohort intentionally small so every single person gets real support, real answers, and real attention. If you've been thinking about it; get on the waitlist. It costs nothing, and it's the only way to lock in the lowest price.

This isn’t another self-paced course.

Let me guess; you’ve taken plenty of online courses. Maybe even a few specifically about pediatric psych. And they were… fine? Informative, sure. But they didn’t actually change how you show up on Monday morning.

Here’s what makes this different:

It’s live and interactive. No pre-recorded modules collecting dust. You’ll ask questions, work through cases, and get direct feedback from me in real time.

It’s small on purpose. With only 10–15 people in the cohort, you won’t get lost in the crowd. I’ll know your name, your clinical setting, and the specific challenges you’re navigating.

It’s practical, not theoretical. Every session gives you something you can use the next day, a script, a framework, a med chart. This is about changing your practice, not just checking a box.

You have support between sessions. The WhatsApp group means you’re never white-knuckling it alone on a tough case. Help is literally a text away.

Imagine 6 weeks from now…

THAT’S THE SHIFT.

That’s what this intensive is designed to give you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Every Friday for 6 weeks. Exact times will be shared once enrollment closes. Every session is recorded, so if you can’t make one live, you won’t miss a thing.

  • No stress at all! Every session is recorded and uploaded to your Coaching Hub within 24 hours. You’ll also have the WhatsApp group to ask follow-up questions anytime.

  • Not at all; this is actually perfect timing. We start with fundamentals in Week 1 and build from there. You’ll leave with a foundation that many providers spend years piecing together on their own.

  • Absolutely. Experienced providers tell me they pick up new frameworks, sharpen their parent coaching skills, and love having a space to talk through complex cases with peers. Plus, the scripts and reference guides are useful no matter where you are in your career.

  • Full membership access for 12 months, including community forums, resources, and any new content added during your membership year. It’s the ongoing support system that keeps your momentum going long after the intensive ends.
